Do you have to be a member? |
No. Guests are welcome based on availability. We usually are able to accommodate guests but there is no guarantee. Go to our home page and look for the upcoming dance posting to check on whether we can accommodate guests at our next upcoming dance. Of course, the best way to guarantee a place - and save money in the long run - is to become a member. |
Do you have to be invited by a member or sponsored by a member? |
Go to our home page and look for the upcoming dance info section to check on whether we can accommodate guests at our next upcoming dance. Fill out the ticket request form and we will respond to your request and provide any needed sponsorship or invitation. |
What is the dress code? |
All attendees (Members and Guests) must be in "Dressy Attire" unless otherwise specified. Gentlemen are required to where jackets and ties. Ladies are asked to come in Dressy Attire. No jeans, halters or shorts are allowed. |
Cost for Members |
The annual dues assessment to cover our 2021/2022 costs is $285 per person or $570 per couple. Six dances (including our New Year's eve dance) are included in the price. Social hour, dinner and four hours of dancing are included. |
Cost for Non-member |
New Year's Dance $100 per person, $200 per couple (includes Open Bar). All other Dances $60 per person, $120 per couple. |
Is there live music? |
Yes. We always have an exciting line up of live music. Go to our 2022/2023 dance schedule page or the 2022 2023 Bands page to see the bands that we have lined up so far this season. Also, during band breaks we make an effort to play other dance music over the sound system. That includes line dances, and styles of music that may not be on the band's playlists such as tangos, bachatas, etc. |
Who provides the food for the dance? |
All dances are catered by Just Say Cheesecake.. |
What drinks are available? |
Cocktails (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are included with admission during the social hour. A cash bar where beer, wine, and soft drinks can be purchased at a reasonable price from our caterer is available during the entire evening. Our New Years Eve Dance Includes an Open Bar, |
